Terrace with lawn, high-speed WiFi, satellite TV, 1 parking space, private entrance. Completely renovated in 2016\. Sauna on request. Hand disinfectant available. The Corona protection and hygiene measures are strictly adhered to. Children are welcome and receive a surprise. Dog(s) on request, other pets are not allowed. Two very small dogs are kept in the house. Smoking is only permitted in front of the entrance area. I talk to each other in French. I speak a little English. The highlight of the apartment are the two French double beds (each 140 x 200 cm) in the bedroom. Here you can make yourself comfortable and really sleep in. A children's/baby bed and a changing facility are available. A baby travel cot is also available if required. The room is bright and friendly. A 5-door bedroom cupboard and a laundry sideboard offer enough storage space. There are different pillows to choose from. Bed linen is provided to you. From the living room you come to the covered southwest terrace, newly laid out in 05/2021, with a lawn. The light-flooded room has a large, comfortable sofa and a youth bed. If desired, an additional bed can be provided so that 2 people can also sleep here. An LED TV and a DVD player, as well as many films, will help you pass the time in the evening if you don't want to admire the beautiful sunset on the terrace. Or read one of the many books available. The spacious eat-in kitchen is fully equipped. Complete cooking and eating utensils, fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, microwave oven, oven, glass ceramic hob, coffee machines (Senseo), kettle, egg cooker, rice cooker, toaster and much more leave nothing to be desired. Various children's high chairs are available. A large cookbook collection, including some antiquarian rarities, invite you to experiment and test. The completely newly renovated bathroom has a shower (90 x 70 cm), a toilet and a sink, a spacious mirror cabinet, a cosmetic mirror, a hairdryer and a linen cupboard. Towels are provided. In the hallway there are two shoe cabinets and a coat rack. It’s ideally located for exploring the Black Forest and not far from a few lovely places to eat. Would definatley go back. The bed set up led to one child staying up later until we went to bed but that was our choice knowing there were two doubles and a single bed. The apartment was spacious, modern and very comfortable with every piece of equipment you could want. The views from the garden were delightful and it was lovely to sit outside in the sunshine at the end of a busy day. For even wider views, you can just walk further along the very quiet road. We found the walk uphill from the lower village to the apartment no trouble, but it is only a few minutes by car, if you have shopping. The local bus stops in the upper village, Oberdorf, which is a flat walk and where there are also several restaurants. The train stops just below the house and a big bonus is that all travel, bus or train, in the Black Forest area is free with the guest card. This makes doing one of the very many walks in the area very straightforward and also enables you to visit Freudenstadt and the Kinzig Valley without a car. We thought Baiersbronn was an excellent centre and Apartment Aida a perfect home for a holiday. ##### Rosemary H. Eigenaresse is heel aardige vrouw! Wel mag er in de tuin iets van zonwering worden gedaan. Het zitje zit groot deel van de middag vol in de zon. Huis is gehorig. Geluiden van boven en uit de gang zijn goed te horen. Tip voor de eigenaar: Als er verbouwd gaat worden, laat dat dan weten voordat er in die periode een boeking wordt gedaan, dan kan er nog worden heroverwogen. Nu zijn we om kwart over 7 wakker gemaakt door de hond en werklui. Eigenaresse heeft wel excuses aangeboden met flesjes bubbels. ##### Martin V. Die Wohnung liegt im Keller mit großen Fenstern zur Westseite. Perfekt zum Entspannen am Abend nach einer Tour. Alle wichtigen Utensilien wie Kaffeemaschine (Filter und Senseo), Küchenzubehör etc. sind vorhanden.
