Splendid small hotel!

Perfect location for going just 20km north to Heidelberg or less than an hour south to the scenic roadway through the Black Forest from Baden Baden. The hotel is at the end of its street in a quiet neighborhood and backs up to farmland. Plenty of free parking. We had no children with us, but there is lovely open space for them to run about and a walking trail to a small park. (Ask for a room in Bldg 2, second or third floor - for the quiet farm view from your private balcony) Spotlessly clean space, made up fresh each day. Delicious and excellent breakfast for only 10 euro per person is absolutely worth the price - located in a bright and airy dining space in the main building. Only criticism is related to checking in - the kiosk is impersonal and awkward. Everything else is wonderful, and I would happily return.

Geen personeel bij aankomst maar een digitaal incheck apparaat wat veel tijd kost. Geen mogelijkheid iets te eten of drinken ( gelukkig hadden we bij de benzinepomp nog iets gehaald) kamers prima. Maar je kon de buren horen draaien in hun bed. Ontbijt was karig en personeel niet vriendelijk. Duur voor een nachtje. Zou het niet aanraden.

Unerwartete Perle auf meiner Wanderroute

Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Der Empfang (zu meiner Ankunft maschinnell, hat bestens funktioniert, später besetzt, ich denke es war Herr Häfner, freundlich und hilfsbereit , danke dafür!) hat super geklappt, das helle Zimmer super schön, sogar mit kleinem Balkon zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet und mit Sicht in die Umgebung! Das Badezimmer genauso wie der Wohnbereich sauber und sehr gepflegt. Für mich gab es nichts auszusetzen. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann das Hotel bestens empfehlen. Frühstück hatte ich keins gebucht.

Zufriedenheit ist Trumpf

Wir logieren immer wieder im Hotel Häfner und sind rundum zufrieden. Etwas nervig und fehlerfreundlich ist das System des automatisierten Eincheckens, bei dem einem aber geholfen wird. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, ehrlich und hilfsbereit. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.

Es ist ok!

Checkin via Automat, der nicht fehlerfrei arbeitet. Schalter für Flurlichter teilweise defekt, daher sehr dunkler Gang zum Zimmer. Zimmer selbst entsprechen der Beschreibung, gewöhnungsbedürftig ggf. weil ein Teil der Zimmer im Erdbereich sind (Grube mit Nottreppe nach Oben, indirektes Licht) - ausreichend, wenn nur Übernachtungswunsch.

De bedden zijn goed. Er was geen personeel 's avonds. Met pin inchecken. Licht op de gangen gaat te snel uit. Visa gegevens worden altijd gebruikt voor betaling, niet als afgesproken. Je moet extra tax betalen. Ontbijt is OK. Personeel in ochtend vriendelijk.

Sehr bescheiden

Kundenservice wird klein gehalten. Der Mensch muss selber online checken. Zimmer war Renovierungsfällig. Schimmel am Fenster und es hingen noch gebrauchte Handtücher von vorherigen Gästen. Frühstück ok. Kurtax wurde für eine Übernachtung erhoben-leider fälschlicherweise!

Leider nicht zum spontan anfahren und vor Ort buchen. Für Leute ohne Kreditkarte nicht möglich dort Ferien zu verbringen. Wenn doch, sehr ruhig gelegen und schön für kleinere und grössere Spaziergänge über Wiesen, durch Wälder und Weinberge.

Prima Übernachtung in mega langweiliges Dorf

Verwarrend dass es zwei Gebaüde gab und wir mit unsere Code nicht reinkamen: war das falsche Gebaüde. Zimmer wat geraümig aber ein wenig dumpf. Tür zur Balkon weit geöffnet und es war rasch besser. Badezimmer war altmodisch aber mit Regendusche. Hatte aber einen Loch in dem Wand was gruselig aussah. Am morgen digital ausgecheckt. Kein Mensch gesehen.

Super fint hotel med en fornuftig morgenmad. Hotellet har online tjeckin og out - også skal man huske at tjekke sin mail for besked fra hotellet 😉
