The location for skiing or seeing the town and visiting Felsentherme is excellent. Its a nice hotel w very nice people running it and working there. For the price its a good value. Overall the town is not much for dining etc, and you need to travel by bus to the other mountains for more extensive skiing. This was a frustration for us.
Typical 3 star, great staff, superb location, Spar supermarket 1 min, ski lift 5 min, adequate breakfast, sauna is nice. All in all great value for money, highly recommend.

The good bits:
The staff are very friendly
The hotel is close to Bad Gastein ski area
The hotel is clean and tidy
The not so good bits:
No lift which is only a pain getting luggage to the top floor etc
Our room was a little small as we were on the top floor
It took a while to run hot water which was orange until it cleared
Not much to moan about really more observations
Lovely for an overnight , it is perfect for walkers ,but we were just passing through supermarket next door safe parking for motorbikes .girl at reception was very good ithink her name is Lina breakfast was perfect for us .she even made us a cup of tea when we arrived would stay again
The hotel was very old fashioned but clean.
There was one young lady on reception no other staff members.
the receptionist was very helpful,friendly and happily froze my ice blocks overnight which was very helpful,in the hot climate.
Pleased it was next to a Spar supermarket.
This was a basic hotel, but it was very clean and had recent renovations done and was a good value. I think it was a family run operation (same people at night and in the morning) and everyone involved was very friendly and helpful. There was a small bar where I had a beer in the evening. The bar tender told me to pay when I checked out, and then when I checked out the man who I think was the owner told me not to worry about it. On the house. It was summer, but bad weather and it was not very busy. There are a lot of hotels in this town, but I think everyone should give this small welcoming hotel a chance. People so hardworking, helpful and sincere deserve to succeed.

Grundsätzlich gut, aber kleine Abzüge bei Personal
Grundsätzlich gute Unterkunft. Im Allgemeinen sauber. Frühstück o.k., Personal freundlich. Negativ: Kaum deutschsprachiges Personal, außerdem ziemlich unstrukturiert (insbesondere in der Buchführung), Hygiene-Maßnahmen wurden vom Personal in der Regel nicht eingehalten.

Bitte vermeiden Sie künftig die nicht nachvollziehbare Feststellung eventuell strafbarer Handlungen durch unsere Mitarbeiter. Diese haben auch für Gäste rechtliche Konsequenzen
Die Zimmer wirken frisch renoviert, Farbe, Teppiche, Betten wirklich in Ordnung. Die Schliessanlage der Zimmer klappte oft erst beim über 10. Mal hinhalten. Buffet fürs Frühstückalles da. Tische standen für meinen Geschmack zu eng. Der Hinterhof hat von der Renovierung die Spuren noch deutlich sichtbar - alte Tore, Verrostetes. Grundsätzlich aber ein guter Aufenthalt!
es war sauber, Frühstück OK, aber etwas kalt im Zimmer und leider kein Bademantel im Zimmer wie beschrieben, Hotel war mittags geschlossen, nach einem Telefonat (sehr nett) bekamen wir den Code für den Schlüsseltresor und konnten schon mittags unser Gepäck ins Zimmer geben. alles in allem hats gut gepasst
ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Proprietari simpatici e disponibili e parlano benissimo italiano. camere belle, moderne e pulite. bicicletta al seguito custodita di notte nel garage !!
Det var mycket lyhört mellan rummen. Vi kunde höra varje ord grannarna sa när de hade en konversation. Det kändes inte heller tryggt att bo i rummet, då det fanns en dörr mellan vårt rum och andra gästers rum. I övrigt var personalen mycket tillmötesgående och vänliga. Området var lugnt med nära till restauranger.

Fantastisk kjekke verter. Mye støy om nettene fra tog , biler og lossing på handlesenter hele natten Dårlig ventilasjon og trangt rom uten terrasse. Ikke tørkemulighet. Sentralt i forhold til heisanlegg

Přidělený pokojik měl charakter spíše dobře využitelného podkroví než rysy “butique” atmosféry, jak se hotel sám charakterizuje. Parkování zpoplatněno. Milý a nápomocný personál.
Hoteller bærer preg av å være noe mangelfullt vedlikehold og generelt slitt, både bygg, interiør og inventar. Resepsjonen var ubemannet mye av tiden og servicen i åpningstiden var på et minimum uten "det lille ekstra" fra personalet.
Totalt sett ok, men rummet luktade illa, antagligen p.g.a smutsig heltäckningsmatta.

Nettes Hotel mit guter Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Inhaber/Personal war stets hilfsbereit und ist gut durchorganisiert. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist ein wenig Schimmel im Badezimmer und die Toilettenbrille ist fleckig (hier bin ich aber auch sehr penibel). Allgemeine Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung.
Das Hotel liegt günstig, von hier ist man sehr schnell an allen beliebigen Orten und Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Nettes Hotel ideal für Wandertouren gelegen. Sehr sauber. Personal sehr nett. Zimmer geräumig, bequeme Betten, sauber. Frühstück ausreichend. Parkplatz gegen geringe Gebühr. Zugstrecke gegenüber, etwas laut aber nicht tragisch. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Apotheke in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wir kommen wieder!
