"This house was booked last minute for an improptu women's holiday because it was available and allowed a pet. The view of the lake is beautiful, but you can't get in and out to swim here. Many things were in disrepair like doors, windows, and screens. Linens, towels, water, toilet paper was not ready for us and had to be asked for and was stained and worn. The microwave and stove top were not setup to work and our air conditioner went out on our second day. I would not stay here again but the...

"We recently stayed for a week at the Cristalino Hotel. It's a very nice place. Super clean, great food, and great staff. As always there will be positives and negatives. Positive: The room was clean, the grounds were clean, the view was great, the staff was great and met all of our needs, the food at the restaurant was excellent. Negatives: You have to be careful for all the additional charges. They have a Nespresso coffee maker in the room, the first 2 coffee pods are free. after the first 2, they charge you. There is a mini refrigerator in the room stocked with beer, wine, water, etc. There is a note near the frig that if you move their contents out of the frig to put your personal items in there, they will charge you for the items that you removed, even though you don't consume them. I think what really upset me was that we traveled from the USA. Between driving and the airport layovers, we spent 30 hours with no sleep. We arrived around 9:00 a.m. Check in was at 3:00 p.m. I asked for an early check in and was told we could check in early at 1:00 p.m., but the additional fee was really expensive. We decided just to wait. They would not let us check in until 2:58 p.m. They made us wait until almost exactly 3:00 to let us check in. We we so tired after 30 hours of traveling with no sleep and they made us wait until 3:00 p.m. to check in. Almost every hotel I've stayed in, they would let me check in an hour or two early at no charge. Cristalino made until the wait."

"El Cuarto estaba muy limpio y la Propiedad está súper bien porque tiene su muelle y puedes estar nadando ahí agusto, lo único malo es que pasando la media noche empezaron a usar como un martillo, como si estuvieran trabajando en esa habitación y justo quedaba abajo de nuestro cuarto, y después a las 3 am igual, Lo malo es que por más que llamamos a recepción nunca nos contestaron."
