Staff was very nice and friendly, however, seemed to be new and untrained in the hospitality industry. The place could use a good cleaning - the ceiling lights were full of dead flies. Breakfast is included, but very simple. Functional, but not great. The restaurant, however, is excellent. We were in the family room which was ample in size and had the bonus of a small sitting room. We were a little disturbed in the evening by the exhaust fan for the restaurant below exiting the building right next to our room, meaning lengthy spells of loud mechanical noises combined with the clinking of plates and chatter from the restaurant kitchen directly below us, continuing on well into the evening (about 10pm). That aside however, the bedding was good, the space ample and the breakfast provided okay as well. Having the restaurant downstairs also meant an easy place for dinner, with nice food and a nice outlook over the river.
