Each of the 6 bedrooms serves as a private sanctuary, complete with en suite bathrooms.

The lower level is dedicated to fun and leisure, boasting a rec room with a pool table and wet bar, along with an inviting outdoor swimming pool. Multiple decks provide stunning views, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach or entertaining guests.

An lift services all levels and a ramp is provided in the covered carport, ensuring everyone can enjoy this remarkable holiday home.

*OBX Time is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes. The owners are willing to accommodate up to 4 dogs. Please call the Avon office for approval and to have the additional pet fee applied.

Lower Level: Queen en suite, half bath, recreation room, door to covered deck with hot tub. Mid Level: King en suite w/ bunk bed with double and twin on the bottom and twin on the top, king en suite, 2 queen en suites, washing machine and dryer, covered decks.

Top Level: Living area, dining area, kitchen, king en suite with a day bed and deck access, half bath.
