Suitable for more families or groups of friends who want to spend their holidays together at just over 20/30 meters from a splendid sandy beach, I propose this villa of 130 square meters obtained from a single structure of 250 square meters suitably separate  
Inside you will find three double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds, a dining room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one of which is outside, a very large veranda where you can consume your outdoor food.  
 You will also find a typical barbecue where you can prepare your barbecues  
Despite having been obtained from a single structure from which we have obtained a second villa, this accommodation is well spaced from the other villa with separate entrances and gardens so privacy is ensured  
. The large plot of land on which the property is located bordering the fantastic sandy beach and this is a great convenience without having to use a means of transport, is nestled on 10,000 square meters of well-kept garden with plants and lawn. and two hectares of organic lemon grove that we transport all over the world. Here you will also find the convenience of parking your cars without space limitation
