Suitable for families with children, it can accommodate up to 5 people. The house is divided into a separate entrance, a large outdoor area for dining and / or outdoor dining, a kitchen with a large sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and an open single bed armchair, a bathroom with shower. The structure is equipped with air conditioning, TV, free unlimited Wify internet, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, cot for young children free of charge, hot water, fridge on request. We also provide bath and bed linen for each guest. The new construction is furnished with newly purchased furniture. Given the short distance from the sea, from the fantastic "horseshoe" beach no more than 50 meters away, you can walk to the sea, and / or take fantastic walks along the Avola seafront, watch the sun come up beautifully or have lunch or dinner in one of the well-equipped pizzerias or restaurants in the area.
