Very pleased with their service I actually was attempting to book a second night bc the ferry was leaving till later that night but they offered a late check out at 12 and they offered a place where we could have our stuff till we had to leave which was very nice of them, and also they let us check in earlier than the check in time. Besides that is pretty close to everything there’s alot around there we was very pleased with them.

I stayed here for 5 days with my girlfriend and 13 month son. The property is very clean and quite but a bit outdated. We're the sleep and go kind of travelers so we didn't mind the decor to much. The Hotel is in the middle of everything so that was a plus. If you're just looking for a place to lay your head for a couple of nights then I'd recommend this hotel.

A historic property perfectly located for easy walking to everything. Given its historic status, you will hear some ambient noise. The absolute best part of our entire experience was the staff, kind, warm and genuine. That’s what will keep us coming back. Great experience!

Having never been to Catalina, we didn't know where to stay. We happened to pick Glenmore Plaza. Good location and close to the heart of Avalon. Room is basic but it was comfortable. Staff was very polite and helpful.

The place was clean and the staff was amazing. THE NUMBER ONE COMPLAINT THE CHI CHI CLUB ACROSS THE STREET WAAY TOO LOUD. YOU WILL NOT SLEEP WITHOUT EAR PLUGS!!! The whole place was kind of settling it appeared so when you walk through the halls you feel a little drunk tipping from side to side. This was doable with the exception of the bed!! It was waaaay too soft and being at a downhill slope all of the blood just settled in my head. I would never stay here again unless it was the last option

Thank you Stan for complimenting are staff. I apologize for the noise coming from the club down the street . They usually are attentive to their volume . I will look into it . I'm not sure as to the bed being on a angle.

The front desk staff were warm and friendly and offered wonderful suggestions as a first timer on the island The room itself was quaint. The Jack Kelly Suite was nice I would ask that the windows in the bathroom use a good mold cleaning but that's all If you have a problem climbing stairs getting winded or just have a lot of luggage there is NO elevator so keep that in mind. I am in decent shape and it was a struggle or me. Will I stay there again? Absolutely!!

We checked into the property and met what I believe was the owner. Oh my so nice and was extremely helpful in guiding us for finding dinner. Walked up the stairs to our room, yes there are stairs but there are lower floor rooms available, we picked 3rd floor. The room was wonderful, clean, well laid out, very cute and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was well maintained and was great for getting dressed the next day. We checked out and left our luggage for 1 last stroll around Avalon before our ferry, once again talking with the owner on the desk. This was a fantastic experience! We would not hesitate to book again when we are able to visit Catalina again. Thank you for your hospitality.

The building is aged and without an elevator, but the room was spacious, clean, comfortable and the bathroom had been updated. There were no in-house services, but it is close to all the waterfront shops, pubs and eateries and an easy walk to the ferry, zipline, Casino, bison tour meeting place and other island attractions.

Thank you Sridhar for your review . However I could not find you on the registry . I'm curious which room you were in to check the bed on the couch. The mattresses we have are tempurpedic , or have custom thickness. We offer coffee , tea ,and water during the winter months. And continental breakfast resumes in the spring. We do not charge ever for baggage storage , wi-fi , and ice . We have refrigerators , and micro-waves in the rooms.

The hotel was quaint, and the room was nice, but a little dated. There is no elevator, so I was really glad we weren't on the fourth floor. The front desk closes as soon as the last guest has checked in, and it doesn't open in the morning maybe 10 am. Getting food around the area at night is a challenge as most of the restaurants were closed before 8pm, and others stopped serving food by then; however, the hotel staff were helpful and kind.

"Breakfast included" was not provided.
We chose this hotel because it said "breakfast included". Well, there was no breakfast. Just all guests walking around looking for it. No sign why there is no breakfast, no explanation, no refund were offered. A gentlemen at reception said " I don't know what happened" We paid $244 for the night (vs $140 for a hotel that was available with no breakfast) because we didn't want to go out to eat in the morning. We ended up going out a ways, and spending another $60 to get a breakfast at the restaurant. My friend from another country that I brought to Catalina for a weekend had her eyebrows high in the sky. That's quite unlikely we'll ever stay at this place again. To be fair, the room was nice and clean, but you would expect that for the price.

This was a wonderful place. It was quiet, the people were so very friendly and helpful. It's in the middle of everything and you can walk everywhere. It's a short walk from the dock. Everything in the room was clean and worked well. There was coffee in the rooms and muffins and water available daily. We had a large bed and a sofa bed, both of which we used. We are thinking of making an annual trip to Catalina and stay at this hotel!

The Erol Flynn room was very spacious and suitable for our needs. My only issue was the TV signal was horrible. We spent most of our time exploring the island but during downtime we found the TV signal very annoying
