The basement layout was also very odd with double sliding doors separating the exercise room from the bedrooms and to the outside. The main level and upstairs were nice, but the floors were not clean. The cabinet doors were falling off in the kitchen. The bathroom on the main level only has a tub with no shower. It would be more useful if the bathroom had a shower. As noted in the property description, the dock is difficult to access, and for us we didn’t feel safe bringing the kayak or paddle boards down to the dock.The house has potential, but it really needs to be “lived in” so that the owners can experience the house and make it better. ##### Mike & Carolyn J.
