    Our pools are professionally cleaned and chemically balanced before each guest's arrival. Because the home is surrounded by beautiful mature trees, it's normal for an occasional leaf, small twig, or other natural debris to fall into the pools between service and check-in, especially during the summer months. A small skimmer net is provided so guests can easily remove any debris during their stay if needed. Rest assured, the pools are cleaned, sanitised, and ready for you to enjoy.

We'd rate this property 3 stars overall. If you're looking for a home base for a bachelor or bachelorette party, want to be close to downtown Austin, and primarily need a place for a large group to sleep, it may work well. However, given the high price, we expected a significantly better experience.Pros:- Great location, about a 5–10 minute Uber ride to downtown Austin.- Plenty of beds and sleeping space. We had 12 guys in our group and there was more than enough room.Cons:- Early check-in options weren't sent until 10:00am on the day of arrival. The same message also stated the pool was dirty and still needed to be cleaned. It felt unreasonable to charge several hundred dollars for a four-hour early check-in when the property was not fully ready.- To receive the check-in code, we had to complete a check-in process through a link that didn't work despite multiple attempts. Once we got in, we were informed that we had to either purchase a 100 damage waiver or provide a 2,000 security deposit that could be held for up to two weeks after checkout. This was never disclosed prior to arrival. And we put in situation to choose one quickly at check-in.- Several bathrooms were not cleaned to an acceptable standard, with hair visible throughout upon arrival.The house ultimately served its purpose for our group, but the cleanliness issues, check-in frustrations, and unexpected fees made it difficult to feel the property delivered the value we expected for the price.

Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
I understand that this is a new property and there are lots of learning experiences with a new property, but this one has a lot of things to work through. First of all the property wasn’t very clean. It seems like the floors had not been properly cleaned. There was black long dark hair everywhere and the swimming pool was filthy. I was able to communicate with the property manager, but there was a lot of miscommunication about the pool company coming by and cleaning the pool at what time there was a cup in an orange peel in the bottom of the pool and it had not been cleaned at all. It was about a foot low with water so it was not used at all. It is about the size of two hot tubs put together, so the pictures are very deceiving. . We were unable to use the coffee maker. I informed the property manager and they were gonna have one delivered on our checkout day. But it was not operable. There’s a lot of small damage. I guess from prior renters doing a lot of damage to the property. Anybody that stays here it’s great for people that live in the city that can Uber there but until you receive the check-in instructions, you don’t understand where to park. If the entire unit are rented this one property I rented the slept 24 people allowed for two cars. On the description of the property it says garage, but the garage is filled with beds. It’s also a little disappointing that in my opinion after paying this much for a property that you’re being Nicol and dimmed about early check-in
