Our hotel room was very dirty. There were huge stains on the chairs mold on curtains and lamp shades. We checked in and as soon as we walked in to our room we can smell the mold. We asked for an immediate refund and they denied it. They said it was less then 24hr notice. Which of course it was we were not planning on canceling, but after seeing the conditions of that room there was no way we felt safe enough to stay there. They did offer another room, but at that point it would make no difference, all rooms are probably in the same condition. They are refusing to refund us for our stay. We found a cleaner and safer place to stay. I am still going to try and get my money refunded.

I wouldn’t stay here again. It is disturbingly gross and dirty. Our room smells like cigarettes and smoke. Nasty. Almost used the phone to call front desk but it was so gross I just walked to front desk. Annnddd they had no blankets. Dont stay here.

Really enjoyed my stay, clean and well maintained. Has a funky old-school Albuquerque feel architecture with a real balcony, very clean pool, and nice modern interiors, I had an excellent meal at the on-site restaurant “The Hideaway”. Would happily stay here again.

Great staff. Very helpful. The room felt damp and smelt like mildew. I’m not sure if it’s cause of the humidity in the atmosphere but the smell in the room was a little much.

The hotel in general was nice I didn't mind it I guess what really bothered me about my stay was when I came in after out all day I was told no that I couldn't have a extra blanket or pillow and I had to wait till the morning - the guy didn't even bother to get up to see if I was staying over one night or anything he sat in the back like I was an inconvenience and bothering him he worked over night long black hair.....

The reception area was clean. Everything was organized. The only complaint that I had was outside as you walked into the front entrance. It was dirty. The concrete was badly stain with big black spots. Red liquid that had turned in to long spots making the property look unkelpt and dirty before entering the building.

Very unprofessional staff tried calling ahead of myself checking in to see if the pool was open was picked up and automatically hung up on four times. When asked about it at the counter, they said they were just trying to put me on hold attendant never showed me nor told me which floor my room was on I had to guess, didn’t know anything about any questions I had the room was not at all what the picture show it is very old and very small when hooking up a hairdryer in the bathroom all the power went out. And when we were leaving, nobody bothered to help me or assist me to hold the door when they clearly saw that I was struggling with my son in my hand and baggage carrier and another…very unprofessional and will definitely stay somewhere better next time!

The property itself was clean and the food at the restaurant was pretty good. The chaise lounge had a stain on it and needs to be cleaned. We noticed on the day of checkout that the mattress was very dirty with stains of some sort. We couldn't tell what the stains were. I would recommend to the hotel to replace the mattresses. The bathroom was small. The staff was friendly and helpful.

My room was very nice. It was clean and looked recently updated. The a/c kept the room at a very nice temperature. Person at check in desk was very pleasant.

Staff did seem friendly, but cleaning service for room was poor. Never had enough towels for 3 adults for the week stay and had to ask each day. They had broken washer. They never had pool towels available. The TV in room did not connect to their server/wi-fi, so we had to program and trouble shoot to get any channels. There was no ice machine. The chairs/furniture in lobby were filthy/stained/smelly. The TV in lobby did not have a remote and when asked, they said they would look for it/find it, but when I checked back, the staff was sitting in office with their nose in their phone. Did not even try to look for it!

I didn’t like that I put pay at property but had received a call that I needed to transfer money to my account during a 3hr drive or my room would be cancelled. Super inconvenient and stressful. Other than that great location and super cute cafe next door.

Everything was great but the keycard situation is a disaster. We had to request a new card every day after first going to our room because they stopped working. We were told we kept them too close to our phone or credit card 🙄. Major inconvenience. And don’t expect any maid service no matter how long you stay.
