About this property

Modern Apt in So. Congress - Travis Heights

  • A modern efficiency apartment in an excellent South Congress location. Located a few blocks from the great shopping and restaurants on South Congress and one block from Stacy Park which has a public pool, tennis courts, trails, fitness equipment, etc.

    Hardwood and tile floors; one bedroom; one bath with walk-in shower (no tub); combined kitchen / dining / living room area; washer/dryer and desk in bedroom. Wood deck with bistro set; private courtyard with grill. Courtyard is fenced for dogs ($45 per stay fee required). High-speed internet. There is one flight of stairs to get to the apartment, sorry, it is NOT handicap accessible.

    Electric Car Drivers - we have a 50/30 amp panel, however --- access to the charging panel is NOT guaranteed upon booking --- please inquire to confirm availability and specifications PRIOR to booking.

    SORRY, NO DISCOUNTS DURING SOUTH BY SOUTHWEST (SXSW) OR AUSTIN CITY LIMITS (ACL) FESTIVAL WEEKENDS.
    We offer reduced rates during the summer season.
