Very central location for all the wedding activities we were going to. Only drawback, lots of traffic on street behind the house. Very attentive owner, clean and updated and comfortable beds! Overall, it was perfect for us visiting Aunties and Uncles for a wedding!

Excellent Stay in Austin

The house was conveniently located 10 minutes from downtown. It was clean with super comfortable beds. It had all amenities needed for short and long term stays. Overall, I would recommend the house to anyone staying in Austin.

Great Location and Home

Central location/Modern Interior

The home was centrally located. The interior of the home has been updated and modernized and does not match the exterior. It has a nice front porch with a gas fire pit. Would definitely stay here again.

Good Stay in East Austin

A group of friends stayed here for the wedding festivities. The location made it conveniently close to the venue. There are lots of neat and cool places to check out near this place. The place was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean. The owner was communicative and flexible.

Pleasant Stay

Great communication, easy check-in and check-out. The house is very comfortable and great for a family of 5-6 people. Pool is located at the Rosewood Park which is about a 5 minute drive. Negatives-lack of cooking utensils and cleaning crew needs to do a better job.

Great stay overall! 3 of my friends and I stayed here for a weekend. 3 bedrooms and an a comfortable air mattress were perfect. House was updated/remodeled. Location very convenient in East Austin neighborhood. Communication with the host was excellent.

B’s graduation

We worked from the home early in the week, and later gathered with our son, his girlfriend and some visiting family. It was great to have a safe, centrally located Austin space to call home for the week —where we could cook meals and hang out when we weren’t out exploring. Also, our VRBO hosts were communicative, friendly and extremely responsive. Thank you for sharing your place!

Quiet and convenient

The outside of this property is a bit deceiving to the beautiful inside. The driveway is small, but one vehicle in the driveway and one on the street worked just fine. There is a major thoroughfare behind the property, but you would n ver know it once you’re inside. The living and kitchen area are spacious and gave us plenty of room to lounge about, snack and visit. The beds were all very comfortable and the ceiling fans had me sleeping like a baby. The a/c kept the house nice and cool. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely want to stay at this location the next time we’re in Austin.

Very responsive to issues

Even though the house says it will sleep 8, the owner did charge us extra for having over 6 people “to use the blow up mattress and sheets” which we didn’t have access to until asking. When we arrived, one of the two toilets was stopped up from previous people staying there. The owner did inform us and scheduled for a plumber to come the next day. 8 people using one bathroom was a bit much, but understandable. When the plumber didn’t show the next day, the owner came out himself to fix the issue. The house was quite dirty as well when we arrived. Floors left dirty feet and there was dust all over. After contacting the owner, he had the cleaning crew come back out the next day to remop. This was much appreciated. The house is very comfortable, and easily ADA accessible.

Graduation Weekend

We had a fabulous stay during the UT Graduation weekend. The location was perfect and so close to all graduation festivities, restaurants and the airport. We had 6 family members staying in the house together and it was comfortable and tastefully decorated. We would definitely stay again if we return to Austin!

Location!

The property was in a great location, making all of our outings between 10-15 minutes away. We were a group of five old college friends, so we enjoyed the fact that there were plenty of comfy couches to relax and chat on. We moved them into a u shape and sat for hours. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked.
