I think the thing I like the most about my trip was the staff they staff is so nice attentive and accommodating. From the door man desk workers the bar restaurant and the pool. I will visit again the view from the pool was beautiful and the porch especially when the sun goes down.

We had a wonderful stay at Lakeway Resort. The kids LOVED the pool area, as did my wife and I. Our room was spacious with high ceilings and a terrific view of Lake Travis. The staff was super friendly. The pool chairs are certainly showing their age with many of them having large tears; that's the only critique I have.

The menu for the snacks was also ok but similar to the restaurant so not much variety if you did not want to leave the resort for food. The kids pool area looked really fun if you are traveling with kids. The staff at the hotel were amazing from helping with luggage, getting checked in and helping find your way around the place. The view from the room balcony is stunning and the third floor bar had a large balcony to enjoy the beauty with a nice glass of wine or drink of your choice

Although we only stayed one night, it was a wonderful experience. However, the only thing I didn’t like is at the swim up bar they include their own gratuity which I didn’t care for, especially since they got my bill wrong. Also, I wished the beds were more comfortable. They were very firm. Other than that, the views and experience was still a good one.

Outdoor pool and slide was great for our child as well as the family fun zone. Next time we’d like to book a cabana and spa, which they had great deals on, seemed to get values worth.
