Awesome Spot in Austin

This place is in such a great location. All of Rainey St. is walkable from here and you get coffee/breakfast & cocktails/happy hour, is pretty cool. The fitness, yoga, dog friendly indoor/outdoor spot is not to be missed.

This is a great location for Rainey street activities. Loved the coffee/bar in lobby area. The view from this unit mostly faces the freeway with newer buildings blocking the lake/Austin skyline but otherwise all as described.

Excellent location, just off Rainey Street with bars and restaurants in walking distance and very easy to walk into Downtown/along the river. Easy parking. Staff very friendly and very easy check-in/check-out process. Pool area lovely - clean and comfortable. Rooms not as clean as would have liked, under beds very dirty/dusty and baseboards very dusty.

I booked The Natiivo Austin Oasis for a business conference and it couldn't have been more perfect. The place was just what I needed, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, spacious bathroom. Really handy to have a kitchen and a grocery store around the corner you can walk to. It was really easy to check-in and the views are beautiful. Highly recommend!

This place was in a great area to walk to the bars and food on Rainey St (just around the corner) and an easy walk to 6th St. It’s also just a cool hub itself with super friendly staff and a great bar (Alejandro was our fave bartender!). Coffee was excellent there in the morning! And a delicious breakfast taco place next door too. Room was sparkling clean and very minimalist. Very comfy bed. We loved our stay!

My just-turned 9 grandson and I stayed in this unit. It was jus right for us. It is small but we didn't stay there much. We were on-the-go most of our stay. We loved the rooftop pool. Once the adjacent construction is completed, the place will be perfect.

We had a great weekend here! Valet was excellent and even gave us a tip that there is free street parking Sundays so we didn’t have to pay for that day. Uber to most anywhere downtown was like $5. The rooftop pool was amazing and open really late and bar downtowns made a great espresso martini. Thank you for a great easy stay!
