Gorgeous Cottage Top Location LGBT Friendly

Fully restored classic 1940s Clarksville cottage. Tons of charm, great light. Wonderful outdoor space. In absolutely excellent location. Clarksville is a gorgeous historic area adjacent to downtown. Grocery, coffee, and excellent restaurants a block away on West Lynn. Downtown in five minutes. Countless neighborhood restaurants, nightlife, etc. High speed electric vehicle charger, offstreet parking.
The space
The yard is private and fenced but we do not represent it as being dog proof. Dogs can be in the fenced area but not unaccompanied by their person.

There may be a landscaping project taking place at the guest house studio / main house on the property. This may involve some noise. We have reduced the price to accommodate for this inconvenience. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have questions.
Other things to note
We created these Austin listings specifically to let LGBTQ+ people and their friends know that we are affirming and welcoming. Of course we accept all people regardless of orientations. We are a gay couple, together 35 years.

We live in the main house on the property (in back of the cottage), and there is a modern guest house studio on the property as well. You can find it on Airbnb under Gay Friendly Modern Guest House
