Located in the hippest part of town – SOCO (South Congress) with great access to everything that's best about Austin--shopping, restaurants, bars, and major music events. The studio is an absolute jewel, with round windows, a loft bedroom, and high ceilings downstairs. The space super light and airy, and a happy laid-back Austin vibe. Opens onto a screened porch. Entry through a garden walkway. A real pleasure to be in! Sleeps 2 or 3 comfortably, 5 if you really like each other. New bathroom and kitchen. Private entrance, gardens, deck with gas grill, round windows, new high efficiency heat and air, backs onto a creek for great privacy, in a sweet central neighborhood. Stayed 2 nights in Nov 2016 Archival ### 8/10 Good #### Lacy S. 14 Oct 2015 #### Great ACL spot! Perfect location and comfy stay. Everything was as pictured and very clean. Parking was not an issue (parked on the street right out front every night/day). The festival was a very short Uber or Lyft ride away, and we were able to catch a ride share within 2mins of requesting every time. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and the short walk to restaurants and coffee shops! Owner was very responsive and we had no problems! Thanks a bunch! ##### Lacy S. ---
