Unfortunately, the advertising is extremely misleading. The home is listed as having a hot tub AND a heated pool. The reality is that it has a heated stock tank (diptank) in the back. We were also very surprised that someone with the care-taking agency entered the home during the day while we were at a conference without notifying us. The home is not .44 of a mile from the Austin Convention Center as the VRBO site said. It is actually 1.7 miles, which normally would be fine, but the weather was not conducive to walking that far, so necessitated Ubers we had not planned for. There are possibly some blocked vents on the main floor that made it VERY chilly downstairs, but the heat did work well on the upper floor. I would suggest that the deposit be included with the other charges if possible .Zoe was very good about responding to us, and again it was a very nice and tidy home. ##### Simone N.
