The property is in good shape, notably the backyard space is really lovely with the firepit and chairs. I appreciated all of the communication from the host, especially when we ran into a low battery with the front door lock, they sent someone out right away. We rented this home while visiting Austin for my son's wedding in September. We had my family, as well as family visiting from Illinois join us there as our "home location" for 2 days over the wedding event. The house worked great for the night before dinner with family & my son & his future wife. To our surprise there is a wonderful backyard area!! It is complete with a large yard, covered seating area, fire pit, grilling area & wonderful lights twinkling from above. Pulling up into the house you would never know that oasis was back there! The bedrooms provided ample sleeping areas. We did almost run short on toilet paper ( or I should say there was JUST enough til we checked out) But there was enough towels for everyone. Great little place for a quick trip to Austin stay. Neighborhood was not exactly what I had expected, but there were no problems, and people were out walking and running in the mornings.
