Five adults and three preteen children were very comfortable there. Beautiful pool, with a gas bbq perfect for grilling dinner while the children swam. Nice and quiet location, which looked and felt as through we were in the Hollywood Hills. Gracious host, whom was extremely attentive and provided fantastic recommendations for activities, restaurants, etc. Five star experience! ##### Chris L. The house is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the hosts, Charlie and Margot, were both very communicative and accessible before and during the stay. The hot tub was great; we didn’t have a chance to use the pool. The outdoor deck area overlooking the lake was also a great place to catch up. The kitchen/pool/hot tub /master bedroom are upstairs: the other bedrooms are downstairs. All have their own bathrooms which was very convenient. Our extended family gathered in Austin for our niece's graduation from UT. We needed a central hub to gather and enjoy one another. We hit the jackpot when we found Charlie's beautiful home. It was comfortable and brilliantly designed and incorporated the lush surrounding nature into the architecture. There is wonderful shade provided by the many mature trees. The bedrooms are arranged in such a way that there is plenty of privacy when needed. The front deck was a lovely place to sit and chat and have morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The young ones enjoyed the pool and others relaxed in the spacious hot tub. The neighborhood is a gem in the hills overlooking the Austin skyline. Charlie was super communicative and available to answer any questions before and during our stay. Very clean property (thank you Ana) and the floor plan was well thought out over 3 floors. Lots of space for everyone! Communication with the owner, Charlie, was fantastic. The home is stunning and the view of the lake is so serene. We enjoyed the pool during the day and the front porch for evening cocktails. The location was perfect for all that we wanted to do, from hanging out at Zilker park to day trips in the surrounding hill country. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had.
