Natiivo: Hotel qualities with home like feeling.

This is my second time to stay at Nativo. I love the location and the amenities. Elevators could be a lot quicker and they could use a fourth due to the amount of traffic. However, the overall stay was nice. This location will always be an option for my stays in Austin.

This place is exactly what you want for a trip to Austin. Beautiful rooftop pool with an amazing view of the skyline. Walking distance to so many bars and restaurants. A Lyft/Uber ride away from some of those father attractions still worth seeing. Easy check-in/check-out process. Friendly and helpful front desk personnel. Will stay again!

Family Vacation

Great property and amazing location. We were considering renting a car for our stay, but because of this awesome location there was no need. You have a short walk to Rainey St and a bit of a longer walk to 6th street. If walking is not your thing, it's also a perfect location to get a lyft or uber. As far as the building itself, the cafe downstairs is nice and convenient. The pool on the rooftop is nice with a great view of the city. The one negative thing i can say is the dishwasher and oven/microwave were confusing to figure out. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

Great location in Austin, easy to walk. Nice gym but no water or towels. Refill water station: water tastes like dirt, it’s not filtered.Parking is 40 overnight valet - parking tickets are 50, and they pace like sharks - choose wisely (or pray for street space)!Pool is nice, a little crowded in prime season.Vomit in elevator wasn’t a good time, but no fault on property. If you want your own space and can deal without room service/maids, it’s fantastic. Would stay again :)
