Our comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathrom family home is located in a quiet North Central Austin neighborhood 6 minutes from The Domain, Walnut Creek Park and 15 minutes from downtown. Under 5 minutes to Q2 Stadium. Perfect for ACL, SXSW. The airport and Circuit of the Americas are 20-30 minutes away. Huge living room with desk nook opens to dining area with a fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar. Primary bedroom has private bathroom. Two other bedrooms with queen beds share a hall bathroom. Outdoor seating and charcoal grill on back patio. Driveway, garage (1 vehicle) and free street parking available.

The City Haus is perfectly set up for travelers working or visiting Austin and its surrounding areas. Firm, gel memory beds, fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, leather sofa, phone chargers and Smart TVs in every bedroom, Bluetooth stereo and 70" Smart TV in the living room create a home-away-from-home feel. Venetian blinds and blackout curtains allow you to sleep late and add privacy.

The galley kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a gas range, cooking pan set, dishes, silverware, glasses and kitchen towels. For your convenience, small appliances may be available: coffee grinder, toaster, blender and electric water kettle. A Keurig (and complimentary K-cups), drip coffee maker and a French Press are for coffee lovers. The cabinets may have a few basic condiments such as salt + pepper and cooking oil. There are two local HEB grocery stores under 8 minutes from our home, plus a Whole Foods Market.

For children, a pack-n-play, highchair/booster seat and stroller are there for your use. A full-size crib is available upon request. Feel free to walk or jog, on the neighborhood's sidewalks, or even take your child around with the stroller kept in the hall closet. The outdoor deck features a charcoal grill and Adirondack style chairs for enjoying the tree covered back yard.

Towels and bed linens are provided during your stay. A starter kit of supplies is provided by the cleaning company. The laundry room features a high efficiency washing machine and a clothes dryer. We suggest you bring charcoal and lighter fluid if you plan to use the outdoor grill.

For everyone's safety, we have self check-in with an electronic Smart lock. A unique door code is active at check-in and expires at checkout time. We do not sell travel insurance, but we highly recommend it for your reservation. No need to ask for a discount, as we use dynamic pricing software that updates nightly rates automatically and applies weekly and monthly discounts. Stays 14 nights or more require professional cleaning every 12 days at guest's expense.
