It was just as nice and convenient as it was last year at this time. It was a very comfortable setting with everything we needed. There was some gas line replacement construction going on throughout the neighborhood, but it had no effect on our stay. We had a very nice stay and visit with our daughter and her family. It's a beautiful blend of an older home with improvements and updates to make it a warm, cozy, inviting stay. Beautiful renovated kitchen and bathrooms allowed us to be comfortable, yet still enjoy the old floors and other unique features of this home. My favorite was the built in shelves in one of the bathrooms and the ceilings. We visited during the winter, so we were not able to enjoy the backyard or front porch, which were very inviting. Steve, our host, couldn’t have been nicer. We felt safe in this neighborhood, which is just as important as the quality of the home and it’s appointments. I have stayed at properties that were themselves nice, but the neighborhood was questionable. Not so with Casa Gracie Pearl.
