The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Valet parking was fine but expensive. The unit needs some attention for issues - the shower leaks and there is a terrible smell. The smell hits you when you walk in and is either from plumbing traps drying out or problematic venting. Toilet smells leak into the entryway. ##### Laura H. The location is great, and the condo is clean, spacious, comfortable and well-kitted out. The unit has modern appliances, including an oversize washer and dryer, and a full-size refrigerator and dishwasher. While we didn't cook in the unit, it is well equipped to prepare full meals. There is a supply of coffee, sweetener and creamer, as well as dishwasher and washing machine pods. The bedroom has ample storage to unpack. The building offers a gym, a pool and a lobby coffee bar that doubles as a cocktail bar in the evening. The Rainey Street District neighborhood boasts multiple bars and restaurants, as well as a small grocery store less than a two-block walk. I'd definitely stay here again on a return visit to Austin. There are a few small negatives. The condo faces a busy highway, so even on the 22nd floor the noise is noticeable. While the bed is comfortable, the thick, hard pillows are equally uncomfortable. The unit needs hooks on the back of the bathroom doors or the bathroom walls for hanging damp towels, and the bedroom needs an overhead light. Finally, no Kleenex in the bathroom is a big miss. ##### Susan S. Whoever cleans left a water bottle on the bench at the dinette also (not appreciated - since I had a child & dogs there). Other than that it was good.
