It is our first visit to Austin and my family was so happy that we stayed at one of Lodgewell properties. This place is very clean, spacious, and well equipped. It is centrally located to pretty much everything. Our initial booking took a tad longer than expected as Lodgewell was asking for copy of ID & bank statement etc. In the end, all went well because of the excellent communication from management. A little tip for future visitors to this property that I wish Lodgewell had informed us..... the driveway is very steep and if you are not driving a truck/SUV, make sure you go up the driveway at an angle . We learnt it the hard way, after our car bottom scraped the driveway with the most horrific squeaking scream. Overall, this property is PERFECT!!! ##### Eric Y. Neighborhood was great. 3 min drive to SoCo. 5-7 mins downtown, less than 10 other neighborhoods. Area is a hit hilly and windy, so pay attention as there lots of guard rails on road.
