Please Note: To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both guests and host, we kindly ask all confirmed guests to sign a short rental agreement after booking. A $300 security deposit hold will also be placed and automatically released 7 days after check-out.



No smoking, weed, or vaping of any form is allowed at our home. Even if smoking occurs outside, guests will be charged if any smoke smell is found inside the property after checkout.

During the fall, trees may shed leaves quickly, so a few leaves may appear around the pool, patios, and walkways between cleanings. During the peak Texas summer heat, drought conditions and local water-use restrictions may limit watering, causing lawns and plants to look drier or less green than pictured. We do our best to maintain all outdoor areas and appreciate your understanding as we embrace the seasons and conserve water!
