This condo has the most amazing views of both the downtown skyline and the lake. I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Not far from everything. Downtown, 6th street , Rainy street and easy high way access. The room was clean fully stocked and it met and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again when traveling to Austin

Beautiful view; great location!

Stayed here overnight with my adult daughter. Location was convenient to fun restaurants and nightlife. The view DOES NOT disappoint! The building itself is gorgeous and well appointed. We felt fancy haha! There is a park down the road for morning walks along the river which was also beautiful. The only less than ideal thing was $42 for overnight parking in the building. We took our chances with the meter on the street and it worked out fine. I would definately stay here again!!

Would've given 5 stars, but...

The property was amazing, great location, very clean, friendly staff. However, the beds were like sleeping on plywood, and the valet is ridiculously expensive (street parking is minimal and nearby construction made it even more so). Put a soft bed and pillows in there and cut the valet price in half, and it would be five stars. We also were continually prompted to tip the valet service even though it was already included.
