Great place - great location

Found every hotel in the area booked or charging exorbitant rates. Found this place and it could not have worked out better. Fantastic place and Ana amazing view. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed here for spring break, our first time to Austin - AMAZING views, we loved looking out at the gorgeous city and such close access to the Lady Bird Trail - 10 miles around (we managed half of it!). And most importantly - SUPER comfortable bed!

I loved being right by the Lady Bird hike and bike trail. The 33rd floor rooftop pool was quite awesome. It's so different from the "Old Austin vibe," which we love. But we enjoyed this experience a lot, too.

Wonderful Stay near Rainey

The view from this unit is spectacular. Everything is just as it appears in the photos. The building seems more like a hotel as most people appeared to be guests. The coffee bar/bar was a wonderful surprise. We didn’t use the rooftop pool but it was nice. A bit small for the size of the building. We will definitely return.

My son who lives in Austin said our balcony has the best view of the city he’s ever seen! Apartment was attractive, comfortable, and spacious. The whole building was great including pool and rooftop area. We loved that we were so close to the LB Lake trail; it’s just a 2-minute walk. We’ll stay here for every future Austin trip.

Spacious with a great view

Overall a great experience with our stay. The customer service was amazing here with the front desk staff helping us check in seamlessly to the valets were always available and friendly as well. Our unit was clean and spacious with fantastic balcony views. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Rainey Street District.

Great place!

Really enjoyed the condo. The view is incredible from living room, bedroom and balcony. Condo is well equipped, had everything we needed (except for Nespresso pods we didn’t bring!). It’s a quick walk to Rainey Street and walkable to downtown. Would definitely stay again!

Clean & Modern with some of the best views of ATX

This unit was perfect for a weekend birthday trip for a group of 4 & the place can sleep 6 comfortably as its 1 king 1 queen 1 pull-out sofa. The large windows and wrap around balcony are the main feature as you can see most of the Austin skyline & Lady Bird Lake. You really can't find this at a hotel within a decent price in the city anymore. The pool was also a highlight & has great views as well. The checkin/checkout process is a breeze and the staff was nice & helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Place - Clean with good facilities

Nice front desk, lobby area, great work out room with pelotons, good Weight lifting and other equipment, nice cabana by pool. 20 min walk to 6th street. Unit was clean and spacious with good view. Didn’t give five stars because the pool is FREEZING, no kleenex in unit, very low lighting in bedrooms. Overall, recommend this place though.
