Fantastic stay

Very nice, quiet and modern two bedroom with all the right touches. Sweet views of downtown Austin and the river. Enjoyed the building amenities including the rooftop pool and coffee shop/bar in the lobby- and right on the river and a very easy walk to all the nightlife of Rainey Street. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is convenient to a range of attractions, e.g. river trails, Rainey St. & downtown. Downtown Austin has a ton of development, so expect construction & parking challenges. Perfect stay

Very nicely appointed 2-bedroom unit with great views of downtown and the river. Rooftop pool and lounge area was a perfect place to enjoy the sunset. Terrific location - adjacent to the river hike/bike path and a short walk to the Rainey Street restaurants and nightlife. Will definitely come back and stay in this unit again.

Amazing stay!

I loved staying here. Fantastic location, right next to town lake (I ran there every day!), and Royal Blue Grocery is right down the street, which has amazing breakfast tacos and other treats. The gym and yoga room are wonderful, complete with Pelotons and weights. The unit is brand new and is very well maintained, and comes with everything you need - and complete with a balcony and a beautiful view!
