"The owners were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. There was a wonderful walking path into town that we trekked twice a day across a tumbling beautiful river. We were able to park on the street of a very quiet neighborhood. We would return."

"A very enjoyable 4 night stay at Lodge No.4. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, very comfortable, lovely location, friendly helpful host. Plenty of interest in the area. Recommend the Arctic Convoy museum at Aultbea, the Gairloch Museum and of course Inverewe Gardens. Brilliant little Crafters market in Poolewe village hall on a Tuesday."

"The ceiling in the bathroom was covered in mould it was room 37 the draft from the old windows was dreadful, rooms tiny but worst thing the walls were paper thin could here next door cough , snore and the voices , the bed my god had more lumps in it than porridge, check in wa 4 o’clock even premier inns are 3 pm and I offered to pay extra as we were there 2 hrs early as we had travelled hundreds of miles and they said no , we left at 8am next morning with out breakfast so for 16 hrs it cost £157 , we will not be back"

"Incredible property the room was above and beyond our expectations. Clawfoot tub, coffee bar, the best bed and lovely hosts. Walking distance to Ullapool. We wished we had stayed for two nights. Very thoughtful touches to the room and our stay. We hope to be back one day!"
