In the living area, a Rega P1 turntable paired with a Marshall speaker offers an unhurried evening soundtrack after a day spent exploring on foot — and in this part of Auckland, there is a great deal worth exploring within easy walking distance. Samsung Smart TVs are equally available for streaming.

Both bedrooms are dressed in premium hotel-quality linens, with the master bedroom served by its own ensuite and the second by a well-appointed main bathroom — both with underfloor heating. The building at 45 Anzac Avenue has stood at the heart of Auckland for over a century and has been transformed, with extraordinary sensitivity and an uncompromising standard of finish, into a collection of luxury suites unlike anything else in the city. The collection comprises eight suites in total, an intentionally intimate number that ensures genuine privacy and exclusivity for every guest.

The entire suite is exclusively yours — both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, and the living and dining area. Access is via electronic key card or smartphone app for seamless, secure entry at any hour.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. A member of our team will personally welcome you on arrival. Please let us know your expected arrival time and we will have everything ready.

Early check-in and late checkout can often be accommodated subject to availability. A private chauffeur transfer from Auckland Airport can be arranged with at least 48 hours notice.

While we will leave you in peace to enjoy your time in Auckland, we are available 24 hours a day for an emergency.
