The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything I needed. A couple of patches of the carpet are a little worn but who cares. I'm not sleeping on the floor! The bed was super comfy and there were plenty of towels and an excellent shower. Free access to the hotel gym and pool was an added bonus. The hotel was quiet yet very centrally located. There were plenty of parking options nearby which made having a car fairly stress free. It is right in Queen Street with everything at your footstep. Hotel facilities were good. Room is spacious. Very fast wifi. Lots of toiletries. Kitchenette is fine for a short stay (toaster, electric jug, microwave and bar fridge, plus more than enough crockery, cutlery, glasses etc.). Front desk staff are lovely and very helpful. Communication with a lovely lady (Cath) prior to arrival was terrific and she met me on arrival. Pool and gym were an added bonus and room rate was very, very reasonable for such a centrally located hotel. As a single female traveller, I felt very safe staying here.
