Nice, quiet, large backyard with lots of privacy. Master bathroom has garden tub, separate shower, double sink, large closet. Two large, flatscreens. Home is equipped with everything you will need with additional furnishings and touches to help make your stay comfortable. Home is located in SE Aubrey and it borders Prosper and Little Elm. Close to shopping. Shipt, Uber, and more deliver to this address as well. This is an absolute Non-Smoking property. Pets allowed, with owner approval and fee. No parties allowed. No events allowed.
