Dear, after thanking you for your time to write a review, allow us to question your statements, since the facts are different!! Even the photos (which you should have known that in order to take them you should have received our approval, but it's ok for us) that you posted do not show anything of what you describe. You booked two superior rooms in a 2-star hotel, which were given to you, meeting all the specifications / facilities as mentioned in the channel. Despite being fully booked, as soon as you requested a change of room for your own reasons, we immediately served you and gave you another room, which you actually chose before moving to this one! Our hotel provides daily room cleaning at no additional charge and a change of towels every 2 days. Of course, if the customer needs anything extra, we are happy to serve!! Cleanliness is a priority for us! Also, all areas of the hotel are equipped with a professional air freshener. The cabins in the bathrooms work perfectly. The rooms are renovated and the carpets are new and they are cleaned according to all international cleaning standards. Any mark that can be caused by pulling a suitcase-trolley, chair or anything else, is definitely NOT DIRT. In general, we don't understand your comments (about extra charges, about smells, messages written on the wall of the room?). If a 2-star hotel does not meet your requirements, it would be good next time to pay the corresponding money to stay in a 5-star hotel.

There were indeed a few hours of general technical problems early in the morning on 10/06 in the wider area of the center with the water supply, something that is completely understandable that can happen without the fault of the hotel. As it is completely understandable that this creates some difficulties for the customer as well. Your stay was carried out normally from 20:00 pm on 09/06 and without any problem. The problem with the water was some hours in the morning (07:00-10:40am) and that's why we offered the option for a free late check out, something you didn't want. These are things that can happen and it is something that cannot be avoided. It just takes a little understanding. we hope that if you ever find yourself in a similar situation as us through no fault of your own, there will be no one who will judge you as harshly as you did us. As for your comment, after checking the pest control company nothing was found, we immediately changed your room after suspecting that you saw something in the room. We suspect that for something that was not certified by the authorities and despite the change of room to satisfy your request, the only thing you have to comment on was this. Obviously, we consider your criticism unfair and harsh.

Thank you for your feedback but all the detailed information concerning the hotel and the rooms are availalble through expedia so maybe before your book a hotel you should read and choose one meeting your standards. It is unfaire to give us a bad rating because you chose a 2 star hotel and decided leave and find a 4 star hotel.

Thank you for taking the time to complain this time and give us the chance to clarify some things. All our rooms have window or balcony doors. All rooms have at list 2 free electrical outlets and we give extension at the reception desk if needed so we don't really understand what was the issue. Finally usually at 2 star hotels with the price there is no coffee facilities in the room we have though a 24h room service which you preferred not to use.
