    We have created an indoor experience tailored to your every need. This unique mansion, spanning a total surface of 125 m² , features two bedrooms with a queen bed with Cocomat 4 Layers Mattress in each one, a spacious and cozy living room, a brand new bathroom, a modern kitchen to satisfy your appetite.

    The apartment can accommodate comfortably up to 5 guests.

    - To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
    - Please confirm number of guests to make sure bed linens are provided for extra persons.
    - Please note that kids (of an age 2+) are counted as guests and should be added in your reservation.
    - Baby crib could be provided upon request with an additional charge.
    - 24h check-in option is available for free and you will collecting keys from a lock-box near the building's entrance. If you would like to check-in in person with one of the members of our team please note that there is a late check-in fee for arrivals to the apartment after 19:00.

Loved the uniqueness, high ceilings, elevator, comfy beds, run of the place, very bright, super cool renovation, great ac, good water pressure, washing machine. Disliked limited towels, poor drainage in shower, super busy road, washing machine in tiny space down stairs, and not as clean as it could be. Overall a really unique place.

NO RECOMMENDED. THE LISTING IS VERY MISLEADING AND DISHONEST. There is NO GARAGE PARKING - NO HOT TUB - NO DRYER - NO SPA WHIRLPOOL. We stayed at the property for 15 nights. The listing stated a price which INCLUDED "all fees and taxes." The day we arrived we received a demand for a 120 euro tax, and we could not obtain the key until we paid. This is illegal. We are looking into taking legal action.In the tiny "kitchen" there is no space for food (for a "self-catering" property). This property is managed by an agent called UPSTREET who did not address complaints. We reported a broken blind on the morning after we arrived. Despite contacting them many times, this was still not fixed when we left. A day later, the shower was not draining away and the floor flooded into one of the bedrooms. We had to mop up the flood. Again, we reported this, and again, no action was taken. After a few days we spent some time unblocking the drain taking out hair and grease, so that we could use the shower. When we left we asked to be paid for this and they refused. The "welcome book" contained inaccurate information, so that when the wi-fi stopped working we had the wrong codes, and again no help from the Agent.These people have no concept of service.We are an elderly couple and this was the worst place we have stayed in.VRBO NEED TO REMOVE THIS LISTING.
