Ideally located in the area of Plaka with an amazing view over the Acropolis, maybe the best someone can have in Athens. The apartment was purchased in 2017 and it was fully renovated and redesigned from scratch.

It is fully furnished, modern decorated and fully equipped. The views from the apartment are spectacular during the day and especially at night when starring at the enlighten Parthenon.

There are 2 bedrooms with queen size double beds and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher. Cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee maker, toaster and a filter coffee machine. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.
Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.

Syntagma is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away.



The apartment is very close to a Greek traditional taverns, a pharmacy, banks and public transport.

The apartment is as perfect as the pictures indicate, and the location can not be beat. George is a fantastic host and incredible communicator. He helped us with airport transfers and the scheduling of 2 day trips with a private driver and everything was planned and executed to perfection.

Great location in central old-town Athens with an excellent balcony view of the Acropolis and sunsets. Very modern apartment, quiet, with lots of room and window light which made the space enjoyable. Beds were really nice. Kitchen amenities were okay, but bathrooms could have been a little cleaner around the showers. Restaurants, farmer’s market, and wine shops all nearby. The property manager was great, very responsive in all communications, and helpful in getting us oriented upon arrival.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The location could not have been better, it was within walking distance to everything. It was on a nice quiet street with an incredible view of the Acropolis. The balcony was awesome to soak up the view and the sunshine. This apartment is exactly as pictured with an absolutely amazing view. The amenities were modern. The location is great as we were able to walk everywhere to shop, eat and site see. Our host arranged airport transfers for us. Both were very delightful. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re traveling to Athens.

Enjoyed our stay in Athens a lot! Location was perfect, local neighborhoods where fun to walk around and enjoy the food and watch the people, both day and night! Our Vrbo owner, hooked us up with a driver, and we enjoyed the sights he took us too, the four brother’s restaurant food was excellent. Five Star all the way! We got to see so much in three days! Impressed with the kindness of the people, and the sights!!

This apartment has stunning views of Acropolis. Location(Plaka) is perfect for walking to almost everything within a few miles. The Plaka neighborhood is where you want to be for all the restaurants and shops. George, the host, was terrific, and very helpful with arranging drivers to/from airport. The drivers, especially John (Giannis?), who took us to Delphi, were great. This was a reservation that we had from Spring of 2020, that we had to keep rescheduling due to Covid, and George was very accommodating with all the changes and questions.

We have just returned from Athens after staying in this great apartment. The location is absolutely perfect and the view from the balcony is stunning! Communication with George was good and he arranged our pickup & return to the airport by taxi which was waiting for us on landing and got us back to the airport with time to spare. Definitely worth doing. The apartment had everything we needed and more! We have had the best time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone visiting this beautiful city. Meno is a great management company to work with and they run this property. They were so helpful arranging transfers as we arranged this trip. They identified a tour director to help plan a tour as well. They met us at the apartment at check in to make sure we knew how to get in and use the apartment. The apartment is very modern with 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 clean bathrooms, a full kitchen and a den with a pull out sofa. The view is amazing of the Acropolis. There is a covered deck that we used frequently to enjoy this one of a kind view. The apartment is in a mid rise building, but can be accessed via steps or an elevator. The apartment is located in Plaka - a great and safe neighborhood with tons of shops and restaurants. Loved staying here and highly recommend it.

Walk out the apartment to the left and from the end of the street you are in the back lanes of Plaka with tavernas, shops and bars. The apartment is perfect, the view from the balcony of the Acropolis is wonderful. The apartment is 2 bed, 2 bath. Both bathrooms are accessed from the hall, neither is en-suite but that wasn't a problem for us. Kitchen has everything you need to cook breakfast, we never ate in in the evening as there were so many great places to eat locally. I would recommend this for anyone wanting to stay near all the sights of Athens

If we could give this 10 stars we would! From the initial booking, George communicated quickly, gave tips, tour ideas/suggestions, etc. The apartment was in the middle of everything; shopping great food., sites. Very comfortable for 2 couples. To top it off, John (our driver, tour guide), he made this a trip of a lifetime!! Showed us places we know we'd never see/go on our own. We just didn't book an apartment with this choice - we got a GREAT experience!! We WILL be back!

This property was perfect for us the location simply can’t be beat, 2 min walk to Plaka where you will find all the restaurants bars and shopping opportunities. The apt was modern recently totally renovated the VRBO pics are accurate deck area looks right at the Acropolis and at at night the lighting on the Acropolis is spectacular. Check in to the apt was easy George meet us outside and showed us everything inside we needed to know, communication with the management team was flawless and the area was very safe to explore. For us it was a return to Athens our last trip there was 1986! We even ate ate the same tavern which was still there after all these years. If you can book this accommodation do it!!

This was our first visit to Athens and we wanted to visit popular tourist attractions. The property's location and view are unbeatable for this purpose. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The in-person check-in was helpful too. There are several grocery stores within walking distance. We were traveling with my elderly parents and were really counting on the elevator which worked great. Most cabs/shuttles don't pull into the narrow alleys so our pick-ups and drop-offs were at the intersection about 50m from the apartment, which wasn't a problem but just something to know.
