"Stayed here for son's UGA graduation. Nice neighborhood. Funky college vibe. Master bed was fine however the futon that my daughter slept on was a bit lumpy. Check in and communication seamless!"

"Great location, clean apartment and easy check in. Kitchen is equipped with necessary items. It is loud from the bars around the building but that is the trade off for being walkable to pretty much everything downtown and on campus. We enjoyed our stay."

"We had a great experience here! Everything was clean and just as pictured. The ceilings are a bit low, so that is something to consider. My boyfriend is 6'3 and had to duck when walking around a bit. Not a huge deal, we loved it overall!"

"Due to extreme filth and bug infestation, both dead and alive we were unable to stay on property for duration. It was clear that none of the kitchen utensils were clean or any of the dishes. Dead bugs were in drawers, frig in plates and glasses. An evening trip to restroom exposed numerous roaches running around the kitchen sink and at least one roach on the running across the coffee table. i have contacted the property manager to ask for full refund, but no response yet.
