Make yourself at home in this fabulous 1-bedroom Athens retreat. This serene apartment offers a cozy Livingroom, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. With amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, 55" TV / Fireplace, Full Kitchen, large closet, and walk in shower. Guests can unwind in this tranquil space with unobstructed views of the wooded area that has deer wondering by. Access to the game room with Pool Table, TV, Darts. Outside your door you have a Hot Tub, Fire Pit, huge Deck with BBQ, and TV. Plenty of parking available. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay. Futon available if guests are booking more than 2. VETERAN OWNER
Apartment is in a open basement, 10 ft ceilings and separate entrance/windows from the walkway. We live onsite in the upper floors . See attached thanks
