Bring your family and friends to this GORGEOUS property in one of the best location in San Luis Obispo County! We are 10 min from San Luis Obispo and close to amazing beaches and wineries! Also a great spot to have as home base with many wedding venues close by (sorry no weddings here). With 6 large bedrooms this home is designed for family reunions, corporate getaways and girl wknds. Amazing location, EPIC grounds, full amenities, sleeps 18 and gorgeous outdoor spaces. You can't go wrong!! Spacious property with 2 levels of living spaces and ample outdoor areas. 6 Bedrooms including 2 master suites: Top Level: Bedroom 1: Master King w/ En suite and sleeper sofa Bedroom 2: Queen, twin and twin trundle Bedroom 3: Queen and twin trundle Bedroom 4: Queen Upstairs guest bath at top of stairs Lower Level: Bedroom 5: Master King w/ En suite Bedroom 6: Queen Half bath by kitchen Two twin rollaways located in lower master walk in closet \*Outdoor paradise! Amenities include: Corn Hole Gas BBQ Bar Area Gorgeous grounds and seating areas to take in the superb views and warm nights. \* String lights set to operate each evening Distance: 6 miles to downtown Atascadero - Great food, concerts, Sunken Gardens 10 miles to San Luis Obispo 18 miles to Paso Robles wine tasting 24 miles to Cayucos (beach town) You get the whole house! We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform. Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Parking for up to 4-5 cars is available in the back driveway. Additional parking in roundabout out front. No street parking available. There is a second unit on the property rented separately. The estate has full access to barn, grass area, round about and immediately behind the residence. The estate does NOT have access to the dirt area on the left of the barn or the upper driveway/ garage area which belongs to the second rental. The second unit does share the back gate/ driveway for access. We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests. No pets or parties are allowed. Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control. There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and out. Please leave doors closed at all times. We do our very best to keep them as far away from the house as possible with recurring pest control from a reputable company, but they are still present at times. Your safety is very important to us. Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. The property was perfect. There were 15 of us from ages 1-70 years. We all sat together at the big long table to share our meals. Bathing 15 people, including 5 children was easy with the large number of bathrooms. We even got pictures of the kids petting cats and a chicken, and feeding goats. This home is absolutely gorgeous and our kids had the best time playing on the spacious grass area and outdoor patio. We had 11 people in our party and everyone was very comfortable, all of the bedrooms are wonderful. We also enjoyed the location, it is close to all of the places you would want to visit in the area: wineries, children’s museum, zoo, and great restaurants! The best part of our stay was the host Megan, she responded to every single message within a few minutes! She was courteous, kind, and beyond accommodating!
