This hotel is family if you plan stay a while. I have been traveling to Paraguay for 5 years staying in the same hotel. The staff is amazing ! They are so detailed oriented with us the travelers. I live it I would give them more star.

We come to Asunción quite often and this was by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We loved it. From the very first moment we walked through the door, it was evident that this hotel was going to be a step above all the others. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was well-decorated. The rooms were spacious, clean, quiet and the beds were extremely comfortable. So comfortable in fact, that we are now considering replacing our mattresses at home. This property is also very well-located, right across from a major shopping center. It is truly a hidden gem. And to tell the truth, I would almost rather it remain hidden so we can continue to enjoy it without having to deal with crowds. But that being said, others deserve to know about how great this place is.

This property stands out from the others in so many way. From the very first moment you arrive, you notice the excellent staff and service. The hotel is well-decorated and laid out. The rooms are spacious and clean and there are tons of amenities. Those that aren't in your room, you can ask for at no cost. The breakfasts are wonderful with lots of variety and you can even order things like omelets or eggs benedict for no additional cost. Great shopping and dining options are located within walking distance. We come to Asunción often and this is now our go-to hotel here. You can't go wrong.

We were so happy we chose this lovely hotel and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Asunción. The staff could not have been kinder or more helpful in arranging tours and rides for us. Also, the breakfast was delicious. The rooftop pool was beautiful and totally refreshing! We would love to visit again!

Este hotel se caracteriza por su excelente servicio y calidad en las habitaciones El staff es muy servicial y amable, siempre dispuestos y genuinamente interesados por el bienestar del huésped Las habitaciones son cómodas, los colchones de las camas son de muy buena calidad y tanto las sábanas como las toallas son de algodón de alto gramaje. El desayuno es muy bueno a pesar de no ser tan diverso La ubicación es muy práctica Son duda, volvería a quedarme allí cada vez que vuelva a Asuncion

Excellent hotel in a safe, lively area of the city. Near to a huge shopping mall. The staff are super friendly. The breakfast buffet was small but nice with a good selection of fresh fruits, juices, bread, eggs etc. The room was large and impeccably clean. The pool located at the top of the hotel was fantastic offering great views and at 1.85m was perfect for swimming. The only thing that could be improved on is the gym. The equipment is old and running machines don’t function and several free weights are missing.

The hotel has a great location, and the property is very stylish. The room decor is unique and comfortable, and quiet. We took one day to just relax at the hotel, spending time on the terrace and on the property, and it was well worth it.

A great place to stay
From the wam welcome on arrival to calling a taxi on checkout, everything was really good. The room (corporate suite) was spacious, bright, well-equipped and clean. We enjoyed the breakfasts and a couple of dinners in thle stylish restaurant.

Great little gem.
My wife and sisters had a wonderful time. The hotel was very accommodating to their needs. We always stay in this hotel when visiting Asuncion.
