"The staff and service at the Fenwick Inn was perfect, the room was clean and well laid out with lots of USB and regular outlets. When we checked in, we noticed that our refrigerator wasn't working and that we would like a microwave oven (no additional charge, you just have to request it). I told the front desk staff and within minutes, a maintenance person and the front desk person delivered the microwave and looked at the fridge. They replaced it with another one that was already cold. The Fenwick Inn is pet friendly and the staff love dogs. My major complaint was the poor WiFi in the room, which was mostly unusable (0.1 Mbps upload & download during the evening). I put my laptop in the bathroom and let it sit for hours during the day, it eventually uploaded my pictures. I brought a Roku, but that barely connected and I couldn't use it due to low bandwidth. I reported that, but there wasn't anything they could do, but they should have WiFi access points in every room. The lobby had good WiFi (100Mbps down/38Mbps up). The cable TV was missing channels, but I didn't report that until after we checked out."

"The hotel staff is super nice, loved that we were able to get in our room early. Our room was exactly what I expected. Even the cleaning staff are friendly. Over all a simply great place to stay! Wait staff in restaurant was fair, outdoor table needed wiped. Food was good though!"

"There was no hostest to seat customers or take orders to go at Solstice. The wait staff was not attentive to greet patrons and many people turn around. I looked forward to dinning there but was not able to after waiting for 10 mins with no one to greet or seat me."

"Everything was good down to the maid service. Hotel has parking if you drive the hotel was very pet friendly. And for so many pets to be in the building you couldn’t tell. I would recommend this hotel if your try to get away for a good price also. And it right on the boardwalk for those who enjoy the beach and scenery."
