- If location and affordability are at the top of your list, this two-bedroom, two-bath economy-rated condominium is an excellent choice. Ideally located just one block from the heart of downtown Aspen and only a short 200-yard walk to the base of Lift 1A, this condo offers easy access to world-class skiing, shopping, and dining.
Situated on the top (second) floor, the condo features a private deck with beautiful mountain views—perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV in the living room for added comfort.
The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request prior to arrival. Additional amenities include one private off-street parking space.
Like many Aspen homes, this unit does not have air conditioning. Cooling units and fans are provided, and Colorado's cool summer evenings naturally help maintain a comfortable indoor temperature.
