Biggest con is the noise The apartment was clean and the property managers were very very communicative. It is not a “luxury” Aspen apartment but it’s nice enough and clean, with generally modern appliances and furnishings. The apartment complex has a pool, jacuzzi, and basic gym which is a plus! The biggest con is all the noise, you can hear everything in the apartments above and next to you… there were dogs barking incessantly multiple nights that made it hard to sleep! ##### Danielle L. The condo is conveniently located in the heart of Aspen. We were a short walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. The place was clean and comfortable. The property was perfect, just a short walk to all that Aspen has to offer, and being close to the grocery store made it super convenient for picking up snacks. I also appreciated how most communication was handled via text, and the hosts were very responsive. The hot water for showers was a bit inconsistent, but it was easy to manage.
