The house was so much bigger than the pictures showed online. We loved the rooms and hot tub. The bus stop to downtown Aspen was located one house away. Super convenient check in process and friendly property manager. Highly recommend staying again.
This property works really well for a group of seven friends. Plenty of social space, big kitchen, hot tub, and lots of bedrooms! We love this house, and would recommend it to anyone with a lot of people. We will stay there again! It is also right on the bus line, which made it very easy to get to the mountain or into town.
The house was the perfect size for our group of 14 adults and 4 kids. Great dining areas so everyone could eat together and multiple sitting areas so that it never felt cramped.
Hot tubs was great. The little path out back was nice for a little hike. Location was awesome and perfect for what our group needed.
Beds were a bit old and uncomfortable and could use an update. And multiple spiderwebs were seen throughout the house. Also, there were plenty of bath towels and hand towels, but couldn’t find any hand towels for the bathrooms.
Family Stay and Gathering to Remember A Beloved Aunt and Uncle Whom We Buried in Red Butte Cemetery
This home was absolutely a home away from home for our family during a difficult time as we buried a beloved aunt and uncle who had resided in Aspen since the 1960's in Red Butte Cemetery. We were able to walk, my 90 year old mother, and I, multiple times during our stay from the home to the Cemetery. The commication was excellent before and during our stay, directions were clear. We had several formal family gatherings in Aspen during the long weekend for the Memorial, while this home was a welcome place to gather informally with our beloved cousins. The host is most accommodating and we hope to return to this home in the future if we return to Aspen, now that our most beloved residents are gone...Thank you for everything ❤️
Our stay was terrific. The house is well stocked and comfortable for large groups. The free shuttle to town every half hour right from the house is great, it’s very close to the Rio Grande trail and other trails for hiking, and the property management was responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again next year!
We enjoyed this property immensely. It was a perfect space to entertain (kitchen was very well stocked), to get together for the family wedding and to also have quiet time in our own spaces. The path outback was amazing, and the hot tub too. It was a perfect setting for an Easter egg hunt!
We had a large (14) group of skiers, the house accomodated this well with separate beds, plenty of bathrooms, and dining/living rooms that gave everyone plenty of space. Location is great, 50 yards from bus-stop, and bus service was easy both into Aspen and also to Snowmass. Service from the rental company/VRBO was also outstanding. Highly recommend!
Large home with double kitchen and living rooms. We were only eight people and it was super spacious. Great home for a large group. Excellent views and we enjoyed the hot tub. Well equipped. Nice location on bus line.
We needed a rather large place for a family reunion. With 7 BRs and 6 Baths this was a perfect fit. Great location in Aspen-about 2 miles to the airport and the same to downtown. The public free bus line stopped at our street giving easy access to everywhere. We highly recommend this home
I've stayed at many houses in Aspen. This was not my favorite house, but it was comfortable and large enough for our group.
Pros: 8 bed rooms and 2
Floors that allow privacy for big groups. Large sitting areas were great for group gatherings. House cleaning was great but would be better if they weren’t in the house at the same time.
Cons: Hot Tub smelled fishy, Kitchen lights kept going off and breaker didn’t help the first night in fixing so we didn’t have lights the 2nd day, dining room lights kept flickering; showers were cold and our group complained of not being able to take warm showers.
We had a great time as a group, but I wouldn’t book this house in the future especially because I got nicer and bigger homes for close to the same price and closer to town. Again the price should be reduced and it shouldn’t be titled luxury because it really isn’t compared to the luxury homes I’ve stayed in the past.

Cherished
The house seemed to be endless. The perfect blend of being part of a big group within common areas while being able to step aside in to a more personal common area to reflect on one's own thoughts and experience. The view out the front panoramic window was amazing. The closeness to a main bus line made coming and going easy. I liked the fact that I felt comfortable everywhere in the house best. There were a few difficulties with the Internet connectivity, but they were quickly resolved.

This place was amazing!
This is one of the best places the stay in aspen. To get to Snowmass via Bus you have to take a very short walk to the bus stop at the end of the street then transfer at 8th street to the bus that takes you to Snowmass, it is very easy. The house is full of great books and has plenty of space to spread out and relax after a day on the Mountain. Also, there are 3 coffee makers, two standard and a Keurig for those of you who love coffee. When we left the house on Sunday we ran into the new tenants and they mentioned that they come to this house every year in the summer and winter. I think that says a lot about how awesome this place is. I can't wait to go back.
