Though this home does not have air conditioning, there are large floor fans for your comfort. Due to the location and elevation of the home, it generally stays cool and comfortable throughout the summer. This home has recently been upgraded to high-speed satellite WiFi with Smart TV for streaming your favorite movies and shows. The yard is not fully fenced on this property, so please exercise caution and ensure that children are supervised at all times. Guest packages cannot be mailed to this home as they are routed to a parcel locker that only owners are able to access.
