They were attentive, helpful and very friendly and made me feel welcome. Mack (I assume he was the duty manager) went above and beyond and couldn't have been more helpful. "I was in Newcastle to visit my niece, who is at university here. This hotel is incredible value for money. Location is great, room has everything you need and the bed is so comfy! Shower was powerful, everything very clean. One bedroom wall had scuffed paint, and I would have liked a cup or glass in the room for water at night, but none of this affected my stay. For the price of the room, I absolutely cannot fault it! Friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out, well stocked little shop...
