"The biggest hotel room / suite I ever stayed. Very well appointed and clean. Some cheap furnishings, but overall is very good. Breakfast to order, you can have it at the restaurant downstairs or they can bring it to your room. One way transfer to or from airport is included in price, but you need to contact hotel and requested it. Overall very good small boutique hotel in the center of the city. "

"Overall great! The hotel is inside the main lobby of the Central Tashkent Train railway. After the security check, the sign for hotel is above the entrance to the garden on the right. Head straight to sign says VIP , enter the building and the hotel entrance is in the right. Very convenient bc I needed to catch the high speed train early morning. I used the hostel section of the hotel. "

"The hotel was a recently built and well maintained property. The included breakfast featured continental breakfast options as well as more indigenous options but prepared onsite and served in the upstairs restaurant. Location was in a suburb but pleasant enough and had easy access to taxis and the Metro (Pushkin). Not a great deal of activities locally nor shopping."

Part of it is not their fault: the system did not receive the data from Hotels.com, so of course there was some difficulties. & to be fair we arrived close to midnight so it was late & to be expected that there was only 1 staff working. But this 1 staff was clearly not trained in the system nor very friendly—not mean or rude, but we...
