This is a lovely hotel! Just the right size, not too small or big. Very friendly and helpful staff — I especially appreciated Amirbek, who assisted me many times. Excellent breakfast buffet and two eating areas. Lovely rooms, very clean and well cared for. A seating area and drinking water on each floor. I will certainly stay here again when I come to Tashkent.

Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The curtain only covers half of the window and I was told by the receptionist it was designed like that. It was late night and I was too tired to go further. I cannot believe what he said. As the hotel I stay in Samarkand does have the proper curtains. Also I specifically ordered a twin bed room . Snd it turned out it wasn’t available but this one with half curtain and poor internet connection. Very disappointed!
