The Space:

Step into a world of relaxation and entertainment at this beautifully designed 4-bedroom family home in East Asheville, where you'll find everything you need for a memorable vacation. With accommodation for up to 13 guests and fully equipped with top-notch amenities, it's the perfect spot for families and friends alike.



Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a bright and cozy living room, complete with a large flat-screen TV, a comfortable couch, and a gas log fireplace – perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the vibrant city. The modern, fully-stocked kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and the inviting dining area offers a chance for everyone to reconnect over a home-cooked meal.



Sleep soundly in any of the four welcoming bedrooms, including: BDRM 1: King bed, BDRM 2: Full size bed, BDRM 3: Queen bed, BDRM 4 (downstairs): 1 Queen bed and 1 Full-size bed, Living Room: 1 large couch, Living Room 2 (downstairs): Twin bunk beds.



As you venture downstairs, discover the ultimate entertainment haven - complete with a wet bar, extra seating, and game stations such as shuffleboard, ping pong, and foosball. Both indoor and outdoor enthusiasts will feel at home with the serene, fenced backyard and covered porches. Fire up the BBQ grill for some outdoor cooking or simply unwind in the soothing hot tub as the sun sets.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire house, except for the owner's closet downstairs. Free parking is available on the premises (up to 6 cars). Check-in time is 4 pm or later, featuring the convenience of self-check-in with a smart lock and a door code you'll receive before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a great neighborhood, perfect for walking and conveniently located just 15-20 minutes to downtown Asheville and minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, the VA Hospital, grocery store, restaurants and hiking trails, Billy Graham Center, Biltmore Estate, Warren Wilson, & the Folk Art Center. Easy launching point for day trips to area waterfalls and National Parks.



Getting Around:

Car is recommended. Uber and Lyft are readily available and a great option to avoid downtown parking. I can also share the info of a local lady who drives around town and leaves her business cards at some of our rentals.



Other Things to Note:

We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement and ID verification. To make this easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

We are fairly busy so you most likely will not see us during your stay but we are only a message/text away if you do need something.
